We are seeking a full-time Senior Application Architect/Developer for SaaS applications.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE APPLICATION ARCHITECT/DEVELOPER:
- Design, develop and implement ASP.NET MVC based applications including application architecture, database modeling, web services and integration;
- Developing and implementing front-end website(s)
- Orchestrate and oversee QA testing & test plans
- Superb communication skills (spoken/written) in English
- Independent worker with superb time management skills. Can provide accurate time estimates.
- Possesses a "can-do" attitude
- Shows initiative and a willingness to adopt to change
- Neat, professional appearance
- Able to handle staff questions, problems, concerns applications.
- Able to work flexible hours
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years experience developing large, complex web applications and public facing websites
- Expert level experience in OO design, C#, ASP.NET MVC v3, LINQ to SQL
- Very strong experience with MS SQL Server 2005 and above
- Very strong experience with front end technologies: HTML, CSS and JavaScript (jQuery), AJAX, JSON.
- Experience with CSS table-less layouts
- Experience developing cross-browser compatible code based on web standards
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience working with a cloud server deployment (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with VB.NET Winform development
- Some exposure to Crystal Reports
- Some exposure to PHP
