Do I have to pay for additional computer/workstation licenses?
A single license fee is good for a single location with up to 8 simultaneous users. For practices with 9 or more simultaneous users or multiple locations, please inquire.
How secure is SpaMedWare?
SpaMedWare has several built-in levels of password protection that allows you to determine who has access to the program’s confidential data. You can activate certain passwords to work only in certain modules of the program. Security is built in so when you set up your employees, you grant certain levels of access. The screens and reports can be set up so that only those with authorization can access various aspects of the practice management tool.
Is there a web version of SpaMedWare?
SpaMedica is web-enabled. The software allows you to interact as a Smart Client on our online modules and internet upgrades and packages.
What about transition management?
We provide complete transition management services with software loading database configuration and/or transition and completed server, hard drive delivery.
