SpaMedWare has directly and significantly increased my revenues. There are many tools in SpaMedWare that have forced me to analyze my business in ways that I had not been doing previously. Additionally, the data and reports that are available allow me to create targeted marketing and outreach to my existing clients and have been a huge source of repeat business that I was missing out on previously.
One example of the reports that greatly added value to my practice is the cross-marketing module. We recently had a discounted laser special and I had assumed that my staff had done a great job cross-selling the clients to other services and products, as that was a focus of our weekly meetings, and they had assured me they were successful in doing so. Imagine my surprise when I ran the cross-selling module and discovered over 160 patients that had not booked any other service other than the discounted laser package. I was then able to address this issue and create a solution.
In the beginning we have had some difficulties, as is the case with all new software. However, the prompt and solution-oriented customer service to every request, every time, was amazing and a wonderful example for my staff to see what world class customer service looks like. Once we completed the set up of SpaMedWare, we’ve noticed a difference in how the software enhances our practice on daily basis. There was some learning and change that we, as a practice had to manage, however, the support from SpaMedica (IT, sales, and practice management) was, excellent, quick and efficient.
